Fotis Giannoulas was born in Larisa in 1979.
He graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Civil Law from the same University.
He started his career as an associate lawyer at the Michael Zafeiropoulos & Associates Law Firm, where he practiced law until 2009. During 2005 he was also an associate lawyer at Potamites and Iliadou Law Firm (Pl Partners). In 2009, he was the co-founder of Giannoulas & Kosmopoulos Law Firm, while from 2014 to 2017 he practiced law through the P|A|G Law Firm. In October of 2017 he founded Giannoulas & Associates Law Firm.
Fotis Giannoulas has a great experience in many areas of law. In addition to his expertise in civil law acquired due to the Postgraduate Diploma and the dealing with a wide range of civil law cases, he has successfully handled significant administrative law cases, including cases of recovery of public funds (fiscal corrections) and several cases on behalf of Public Entities.
He has also a great experience in every aspect of private insurance law, having provided legal services to insurance companies such as “ASFALEIAI MINETTA” and “GROUPAMA PHOENIX”.
Furthermore, he is an expert at solving a wide range of legal issues relating to debt collection, bankruptcy law, enforcement law and banking law, having provided legal services to various banks, such as “AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE SA” since 2006, and the Special Liquidator of Credit Institutions “PQH SPECIAL LIQUIDATION”.
He is registered at the Athens Bar Association since 2003 and is currently an attorney at law before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos).
He speaks Greek, English and German.
